F4 looks best at 1/250 sec. It is the closest to what you would
see with your own eye view, the background is blurred out enough to
where you know exactly that the couple is your subject.
F5.6 looks best at 1/125 sec. The background is again, blurred but, not
as much now. You can tell that the background are buildings & the
couple still stands out clearly.
F8 looks best at 1/60 sec. the background continues to be blurred &
the couple looks the closest to the picture from a persons eye view.
F11 looks best at1/30 sec. The background is still blurred while the objects look clear & live.
F16 looks best at 1/15 sec. Background is still blurred and the object is slightly blurred blending in.
F22 looks best at 1/8 sec. The background is blurred along with the main focus of the picture.
At slower Shutter Speeds, the photo comes out very bright and very dark
at high shutter speeds. They should keep a shutter speed in the middle
so they quality would come out right. I would say that the lowers
shutter speed to use is probably 1/8th.
